If a radio station is listed here, it is because they have dropped off the airwaves. Typically, radio stations go through name changes or are closed down either because of acquisitions, mergers, take-overs or have simply closed down either because they are not financially viable or the owners have decided to end the radio station's life. Bit sad, really!
